  • Title: Wireless Platform Software Engineer 

    Job description:
    As wireless platform software engineer, you will work on software reference 
    design for next generation Wireless Base Station product based on Intel 
    Architecture (IA), covering:
    - Developing virtualized wireless network framework prototypes & reference 
    designs based on Intel Architecture using C/C++ on Linux, including task 
    management, memory management, IPC mechanism, general software Linux 
    libraries as well as shell etc.
    - Developing prototypes to showcase content aware services at wireless 
    network edge based on  VT
    - Actively participating in all stages of software development life-cycle (e.
    g. requirements definition, research, validation, post-release support 
    activities, etc.)

    Basic requirements: 
    You should possess at least a master degree in computer science with 
    development experience on Linux user-space or middleware software.
    Must: 
    - Familiar with OS principles and have development experience in Linux or 
    Unix OS, especially around process/thread communication methods, memory 
    management and multi-core programming.
    - Familiar with one or several computing architectures. Intel Architecture 
    is preferred.
    - Extremely strong programming and debugging skills, especially in C/C++ and 
    Linux.
    - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 
    - Good verbal communication and/or technical writing skills in both Chinese 
    and English.

    Preference: 
    - Fundamental understanding of Intel Architecture Processors & Chipsets, 
    embedded design experience on Intel CPU is a plus.
    - Fundamental understanding on virtualization technology is preferred. 
    - Script programing experience is a preference.
